Calvin Bailey Management Rights (CBMR) was established with Calvin Bailey at Property Pacific Pty Ltd in 2003 to provide specialist sales and marketing services to the management rights industry.  With partner Alex Barker-Re, we now cover Tropical North Queensland and the Sunshine Coast.  

Over time, Calvin and Alex have become well-known in the industry, building an enviable reputation through unwavering commitment and professional expertise.  Calvin, since entering the industry in 1995 in Port Douglas,  has operated and sold properties in other regions as well, including NSW, Victoria, and the Northern Territory.   Alex also has over 30 years hands-on experience in both operating and selling management rights - from Port Douglas to the Gold Coast.  He heads our Sunshine Coast operations and upholds the same standards and values that have earned CBMR the trust of so many clients over the years.

At CBMR the specialty is management rights sales. Calvin draws heavily on his experience as a management rights operator alongside his previous experience working with developers as a civil engineer.  Alex brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding service, with management rights and MLR sales experience spanning three decades. And with our commercial property specialist Alex Stagg onboard, we also present a wider offering.
