Business Description
The Principal Body Corporate for Ridges Peregian Springs invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and motivated professionals to tender on the upcoming Caretaking Agreement, and/or Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Agreement for this landmark residential community.
Set within the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast and only minutes from pristine Peregian beaches, Ridges Peregian Springs is a master-planned, contemporary community of over 1,350 lots – recognised for its lush landscaping, modern design, and vibrant coastal lifestyle.
The Body Corporate seeks to engage an energetic and capable individual or team to deliver high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance and/or caretaking services that uphold the superior presentation and natural aesthetic of the development. There are 2x Agreements available for Tender and offerors may Tender on both or either.
The Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Agreement role’s primary focus will be comprehensive gardening and landscape management, ensuring the ongoing preservation of the original landscape design intent and the continued enjoyment of residents and visitors alike.
In addition to the Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Agreement, the Body Corporate also seeks to appoint a caretaker under a Caretaking Agreement to manage the day-to-day requirements of the estate, such as proactively attending to residents’ enquiries, supervision of Body Corporate contractors, ensuring that schedules and service levels for the landscaping and grounds maintenance are maintained, organising the necessary trades in response to estate requirements such as -private streetlights, roads, signage, gutters and drainage, rubbish removal, as well as breaches and by-law compliance and other tasks.

Preference will be shown to experience operators with excellent references who are ARAMA and/or FMA members and preferably ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioners.
