The Body Corporate for “Birdwood Mt Coot-tha” at Bardon invites Expressions of Interest to tender for the upcoming Caretaking Agreement for maintenance of the common property of the scheme.
Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by cycling and walking tracks, “Birdwood” is an oasis of suburban tranquillity in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bardon. Bardon is one of the safest suburbs in Brisbane and a highly sought after home location.
The Body Corporate seek to partner with an energetic and competent individual or organisation, capable of delivering the caretaking duties to the highest standard, in keeping with the aesthetic of this appealing property.
An option also exists for the awarded contractor to enter into an exclusive letting agreement with the Body Corporate.
If you are a dedicated caretaking services provider, looking to align with a motivated, compliance-focussed and active Committee in the continuing care of this property, please provide us with your Capability Statement and expression of interest in being invited to tender in due course. Expressions of interest will be reviewed and short-listed for invitation to Tender in December 2024.
Preference will be shown to experienced operators with excellent references who are FMA and/or ARAMA members and preferably ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioners.
The appointment to the caretaker position will commence from early 2025 with a two-week handover expected from the exiting caretaker.
