Business Description
The Body Corporate for The Hub Apartments CTS 35519 seeks a dedicated and proactive Building Manager (contractor) to provide 364 days of management services and to monitor and carry out the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance operations of the lots and common property comprised in the Scheme, located at 22 Barry Parade, Fortitude Valley, 4006, Queensland (Scheme).
This position requires a contractor who is commercially minded, can self-monitor and continually seeks to develop more efficient and cost-effective practises for the Scheme.
Please request a copy of the Confidential Building Management Agreement and Tender Specification. If requested, a Confidential Time and Motion Study for the building can also be provided. To assist in preparing your tender submission, a prearranged inspection can be arranged with prior notice.
Any tender submissions must be received by no later than 5:00pm on Friday, 26th July 2024.
