The Body Corporate for “Coronation Towers”, occupying one of the most desirable spots in inner-city Auchenflower, is delighted to invite Expressions of Interest in tendering on the upcoming Building Management Services Agreement for the common property of the scheme (36 Month Term).
“Coronation Towers” is idyllically situated within minutes of the Brisbane CBD and boasts both river and mountain views out to West End and Mt. Coot-tha.
Expressions of interest in tendering on the Building Management Services Agreement (36 Month Term) are invited from suitably qualified operators that are ready, willing and able to deliver the duties to the required standard.
We are looking for an experienced Building Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of a residential complex comprising of 77 residential apartments across two towers and four townhouses in an inner-city residential complex. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with the body corporate committee and vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.
To be successful as a Building Manager/Caretaker, you should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure that the property is in compliance with applicable regulations and building codes. A top-notch building manager should be able to respond to and resolve any issues reported by owners and tenants efficiently.
