The Owners Corporation for “Mantra on Salt Beach”, an exceptional beachside holiday resort perfectly located in the Tweed River Valley on the New South Wales north coast, is delighted to invite Expressions of Interest in tendering on the upcoming Management Agreement for the common property of the scheme.
Centrally located within Salt Village, “Mantra on Salt Beach” offers a superb waterfront position and easy access to local shops and restaurants. The Owners Corporation seek to partner with an energetic and competent organisation, capable of delivering the Manager duties to the highest standard, in keeping with the superior aesthetic of this landmark property.
If you are a dedicated building management services provider, looking to align with a motivated, compliance-focussed and active Committee in the continuing care of this desirable property, please provide us with your Resume and expression of interest in being invited to tender in due course. Expressions of Interest will be reviewed and short-listed for invitation to Tender.
Preference will be shown to experienced operators with excellent references who are FMA and/or ARAMA members and preferably ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioners.
The Agreement expires in February 2025 and the new Manager position is likely to commence at that time.
Expressions of interest must be submitted to the Project Manager on or before Monday 9th December 2024.
