To become a Preferred Supplier, the first step is for the business to receive a nomination from a property currently using their services. Only after satisfying these criteria will the supplier be given the option to join the Preferred Supplier Programme, which includes:

- listing in the online directories at accomproperties.com.au and accomnews.com.au
- membership pack which includes digital versions of the Preferred Supplier logo that can be used in marketing material
