ResortBrokers Senior Broker Todd Warner has settled the fifth largest management rights on the Gold Coast with his sale of Burleigh Mediterranean Resort to Ultiqa Hotels & Resorts.

The rights to the 110-unit resort, which sold for an undisclosed sum to Ultiqa, is the fifth largest sale of a Gold Coast management rights business and one of the biggest that was not purchased off-the-plan.

The iconic twin tower resort occupies a prime Esplanade address directly opposite Burleigh Beach.

Now branded Ultiqa Burleigh Mediterranean Resort, the property is Ultiqa’s fifth management rights acquisition on the Gold Coast following Ultiqa Air at Broadbeach, Ultiqa Freshwater Point Resort, Ultiqa Beach Haven on Broadbeach and Ultiqa Signature at Broadbeach.

Since joining ResortBrokers in 2017, Warner has become one of the most successful and well-respected management rights specialists on the Gold Coast, having sold 90 businesses totalling more $118 million.

His other notable recent sales include Le Beach Holiday Apartments in Burleigh Heads, Pottsville Beach Motel, Kirra Beach Apartments and Sanctuary Beach Resort in Currumbin.
