KTQ Group has exclusively appointed ResortBrokers for the freehold sale of Bayshore Bungalows for $9.8 million.
Director of Hotels and New Developments Tim Crooks is personally handling the sale with area broker Miguel Bozina of the 14-villa retreat occupying an expansive 11,000 sqm freehold block only 550 metres from Belongil Beach.
KTQ Group, creators of the hugely successful Elements of Byron, built and developed Bayshore Bungalows, which opened in 2012. The resort comprises eight two-bedroom and six one-bedroom luxury bungalows, all fully self-contained.
“This is an incredibly diverse asset,” says Crooks. “We see an opportunity to reposition Bayshore Bungalows as a health retreat utilising its existing infrastructure and perhaps some new additions. Alternatively, it could be a family friendly, pet friendly resort.”
