CRE Brokers has completed the sale of Busselton Holiday Village to Avari Capital Partners, with settlement completed on Thursday, 3 September 2026.
The transaction was handled by CRE Brokers broker Mark Walsh and represents a significant accommodation and tourism property sale within Western Australia’s South West region.
Positioned on approximately 4.37 hectares, Busselton Holiday Village comprises 94 long-stay sites and 46 short-stay sites, offering a combination of long-term residential accommodation and holiday accommodation in one of Western Australia’s most recognised tourism destinations.
Located just minutes from the Busselton CBD, local amenities, the beachfront and the wider Margaret River tourism region, the property attracted strong buyer interest throughout the campaign.
Mark Walsh said the sale highlighted the continued demand for quality accommodation and tourism assets with scale, established operations and strong regional fundamentals.
“Busselton Holiday Village represented a genuinely rare opportunity to acquire a substantial accommodation asset in one of Western Australia’s most sought-after tourism and retirement markets,” Mr Walsh said.
“The combination of long-stay and short-stay accommodation, the size of the property and its proximity to Busselton and the broader South West region made it highly attractive to buyers.
“The level of enquiry we received reflects the continued appetite for quality caravan park, holiday park and accommodation assets across Australia.”
CRE Brokers thanked vendors Rob and Linda for entrusting the company with the sale and acknowledged Avari Capital Partners for its professional and transparent approach throughout the transaction.
The high value sale adds to a strong pipeline of accommodation and hospitality transactions completed by CRE Brokers during 2026 and reinforces the continued depth of investor interest in well-located tourism and accommodation assets.
