Gavin's business experience is vast and comes from a diverse background to the Management Rights Industry. Born in South Africa, Gavin immigrated to Australia with his Wife, Daughter and Son in 1999 and now calls the Gold Coast home. Whilst in South Africa Gavin was Human Resources Manager for a number of organisations both locally and internationally in either a consultancy capacity and/or as a Director. Prior to immigration and for seven years Gavin was proprietor and licensee of his own very profitable Real Estate Agency, and was actively involved in most facets of real estate, namely; Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Casino's, Theme Park and Land Project Development.

Upon arrival in Australia Gavin initially reverted to consulting for companies in a Human Resources capacity, before accepting a long term permanent role as Group Human Resources Manager for an International Company.

At the culmination of this long term role Gavin decided to relocate from Sydney to the Gold Coast and join the RAAS Group as a Management Rights Specialist. Gavin's acquired Management Rights knowledge and experience, his extensive ethical business and people skills experience together with an unparalleled work ethic, ensured for a professional and honest experience for both Seller and Buyer in a results focussed industry.

After a short stay consulting for RAAS and after achieving a multitude of sales, Gavin decided to launch his own Real Estate Company as proprietor and licensee, initially focussing in Management Rights, Land Project Development and Residential.
