About Coffeys Tourism Property Brokers

For more than 35 years Kelvyn Coffey has been involved in selling tourism properties. Over that time, with ongoing growth and investment in domestic and international tourism, the industry has changed dramatically. It is no coincidence that the demands of the market together with the expectations of existing and prospective operators in tourism accommodation businesses, have also changed. Coffeys specialise in the business of tourism property brokerage. We understand that the sale and purchase of tourism property can be complex given we are not only dealing with real estate, but most often the livelihood and the home of our clients. Property is only part of the transaction and we believe we add value, simply because tourism property is the only business we handle. Our business and the team within the business, has been developed to bring all the skills and experience we need to serve our clients best.

It is true Coffeys do not list every tourism property that is for sale. Our experience over many years has proven that for properties to change hands, it is important both for the business or investment to be a sound and viable proposition and, for vendors to be genuine and motivated. Coffeys only list tourism properties that meet these criteria. Accordingly we list properties that we feel privileged to promote and, we are not afraid to turn away possible listings that do not meet these criteria. In doing so we believe we are providing the best and most professional service for all parties.
