The “Eagle” has landed with a lucrative Management Rights deal at Nudgee in Brisbane’s bustling northside.
Eric Brizuela from RCA Management Rights is marketing a development of 82 brand new, off-the-plan permanent letting townhouse lots developed by Peet Ltd.
The “Little Eagle” Management Rights business is priced at $650,000+GST and there is the option to buy the manager's residence from $750,000.
Nudgee is a bustling suburb 17 kilometres north-west of the Brisbane CBD, with quick links to the Gateway Motorway and the Shorncliffe railway line.

It has many nearby areas of historical significance including the imposing St Joseph's College (also known as Nudgee College) an independent Catholic primary and secondary school for boys, which opened in January 1891.
The school has long been regarded as a major nursery for Australian sporting talent turning out rugby union greats Paul McLean, Rocky Elsom, Elton Flatley, Mark Loane and James O'Connor, AFL stars Jason Akermanis and Jamie Charman, cricketers Chris Lynn, Joe Burns and Mitchell Swepson and Lionel Cox, a cycling gold medallist at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics.
The prestigious Nudgee Golf Club was established in 1930.
Stage 1 of the Little Eagle development is due for completion in September/October 2024.

The annual body corporate caretaking salary is approximately $127,100, ex GST.
The property is a permanent rentals only business and brand new agreements are in place as the rights are off the plan from the developer.
In May, Nudgee joined 72 other Brisbane suburbs to enter the “million dollar club” with the average house in the suburb now costing seven figures.
Nudgee has also seen the transformation of a former landfill site into Brisbane’s newest multi-sports and recreation reserve.

The new Nudgee Recreation Reserve will be home to Football Queensland’s new north Brisbane facilities, including playing field, a clubhouse and community spaces.
The 12.7-hectare reserve also includes multi-use sports fields, a BMX track, playground, dog off-leash area and a suite of recreational facilities.
Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner said: “Brisbane is Australia’s fastest growing capital city and its important as we grow that we ensure residents have access to great open spaces.
“The transformation of Nudgee Recreation Reserve is particularly pleasing because it means this under-utilised former landfill site can now be used by all residents.

“Brisbane is renowned for having the best lifestyle in Australia and delivering more open spaces like this helps keep our residents healthy and happy.”
