Andrew Morgan – Queensland Tourism & Hospitality Brokers (QTHB)

He commenced selling motels in 1995 at the young age of 21, and today over 20 years later he continues to work hard to deliver the highest level of service to his clients.

There are even those in the accommodation industry who dealt with Andrew as a fresh faced kid 20 years ago who are still in the motel industry and still working with

him today for the sale or purchase of accommodation properties.

Having a true dedication to the motel industry, his approach and methods have been refined and focused over the long term, to achieve the best result possible for those

who entrust him to sell their accommodation business.

Andrew’s very strong level of repeat clientele is a result of achieving successful results over such an extended period of time.

Three qualifications which have directly assisted Andrew in his business brokerage career include being a qualified Accountant, REIQ Certified Practising Business Broker

and Licensed Real Estate Agent.

After working for a business brokerage firm for 5 years, in October 2000 Andrew and his two Partners established Queensland Tourism & Hospitality Brokers (QTHB).

A specialist brokerage firm dedicated to the sale of accommodation based businesses.

After 16 years QTHB continues today to be one of Queensland leading accommodation business brokerage firms. Expansion of the firm occurred in October 2015 with QTHB opening a Brisbane office in addition to its head office based in Mackay.

The firm’s focus has always been providing the highest level of specialised brokerage services. Their aim has never been to be the biggest, only to be the best as far as their clients are concerned.

For almost a decade Andrew has contributed a monthly article dedicated to the motel industry in Resort News, providing insight and commentary on all manner of issues

relating to the motel and accommodation industry.
