The Body Corporate for “Olympia on Russell”, an exceptional and luxurious residential complex located in the prominent Brisbane inner-city suburb of South Brisbane, is delighted to invite Expressions of Interest in tendering on the upcoming Caretaking Agreement for the common property of the scheme.

Overlooking Musgrave Park and within walking distance of Southbank Parklands, “Olympia on Russell” is located in one of the city’s most desirable settings and provides the ultimate in modern residential accommodation. The Body Corporate seek to partner with an energetic and competent individual [or entity], capable of delivering the caretaking duties to the highest standard, in keeping with the superior aesthetic of this beautiful and brand-new property.

If you are a dedicated caretaking services provider, looking to align with a motivated, compliance-focussed and active Committee in the continuing care of this desirable property, please provide us with your Resume and expression of interest in being invited to tender in due course. Expressions of Interest will be reviewed and short-listed for invitation to Tender.

Preference will be shown to experienced operators with excellent references who are FMA and/or ARAMA members and preferably ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioners.

The new Agreement will commence from approximately September 2022 with a two-week handover from the retiring caretaker.
