This family friendly resort provides both short- and long-term accommodation options with hotel services provided by the Oaks Group. Amenities enjoyed by residents and guests include onsite gymnasium, heated spa, Japanese steam room and tennis courts.

The Owners Corporation seek expressions of interest for delivery of services under the following Agreements: -
1. Building Management Agreement – provision of Facilities Management [supervisory and handyperson] duties
2. Cleaning Services – provision of cleaning services on common property infrastructure
3. Gardening Services – provision of garden maintenance services on common property
4. Pool Maintenance Services – provision of pool care services for the extensive swimming pool and spa infrastructure

If you are a dedicated and experienced services provider, looking to align with a motivated, compliance-focussed and active Committee in the continuing care of this desirable property, please provide us with your Resume and expression of interest in being invited to tender in due course. Expressions of Interest will be reviewed and short-listed for invitation to Tender.

Preference will be shown to experienced operators with full insurances, WHS compliance and excellent references who are FMA and/or ARAMA members and preferably ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioners.

There are no letting rights or letting duties included in these Agreements.
