Longreach, Queensland
Situated on one acre in Longreach QLD, the main park is made up of three-quarter acres of land split across three titles and includes five self-contained cabins along with 35 designated sites. The neighbouring three-bedroom cottage is on another quarter-acre stable for larger groups.
Peak tourist time is Easter to November, along with steady long-term annual trade from shearers and workers on the cattle or sheep properties nearby.
The park is currently run by a couple with casual staff and is a great starter for someone new to the industry or as an add-on for an experience operator's existing portfolio.
