You will need to be highly organised and an absolute self-starter. You will have the capacity to work without supervision, have strong numeracy and analysis skills, be a good communicator and have the confidence to make decisions. A capacity to build rapport will be well regarded.
A banking and finance background, particularly in a lending role, is preferred but we will train the right person and we will customise the role to suit you. We are a family business and understand that the successful applicant may need flexible working hours. You will be based at our very comfortable office in Noosaville Qld.
The basis of the role will be loan application and file management although we are happy to expand the role to suit a senior banker. We can provide training and / or expand the role to suit the successful applicant. If you are in a relationship banking or loans officer position at present, we would encourage you to contact us.
The position is also open to applicants with a finance background who are looking at returning to the workforce.
