Oceana On Broadbeach welcomes Jeffrey Zhang as the new manager/owner of the management rights business. Having successfully managed another resort on the Gold Coast for a few years, Jeffrey was keen to secure a significantly larger building.
At the time of searching, there were a large number of consortiums in the Market Place and it was difficult to find the right building; let alone compete with those in the same market.
However, with the help and guidance of the Think Management Rights team, Jeffrey was able secure Oceana On Broadbeach, returning to the market for the first time in 17 years.
After some testing moments during the process, Jeffrey proved that patience and professionalism are often the key to a successful outcome.
