An expansive 7.2-acre allotment at Emu Bay on Kangaroo Island’s untamed north coast is being marketed by ResortBrokers in conjunction with Century 21 on Kangaroo Island.

Ms Crouch says there’s also the possibility to develop the site. Development planning consent granted in July allows for an additional nine accommodation pods, as well as a small conference/training space.
